Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Join our vibrant Customer Service Centre at Wren Kitchens in Barton-Upon-Humber, where you’ll play a vital role in turning our customers’ dream kitchens and bedrooms into reality.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly and creative voice our customer’s trust. From the moment they contact us, your bright and attentive approach will ensure every interaction leaves them feeling supported and valued. If you thrive on solving problems, communicating effectively, and going the extra mile to deliver outstanding service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
 * Respond to queries across multiple channels with speed, confidence, and care.
 * Take responsibility from start to finish, making sure every customer leaves with the best possible outcome.
 * Go beyond simply meeting needs to create genuinely memorable experiences that inspire loyalty.
 * Handle every conversation with understanding, respect, and a solutions-first mindset.
 * Identify processes that could be better and share feedback to help us raise the bar for service.
 * Provide seamless support that helps them deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
 * Make creative, informed decisions to resolve issues quickly, effectively, and with the customer in mind.
