Personal assistant

***Personal Assistant needed in Glossop Flexible working hours Monday to Friday***

Our client, based in Glossop, is looking for an organised and driven Personal Assistant to provide support and help strengthen the leadership team.

Theyre looking for a people who bring fresh ideas and who arent afraid to take the lead. Youll be fully supported every step of the way. Working alongside the Managing Director, youll help turn ideas into action, bring the team together, and push the next steps forward.

Hours of work:

* Full time permanent position, 37.5 hour per week Monday to Friday 9:30am-3:30pm (flexible start/finish times depending on your schedule)
* From £27,000 - £30,000 a year DOE

Main responsibilities:

* Skilful diary management - flexible meeting objectives
* Support the Managing Directors day-to-day activities and priorities
* Manage meeting prep and follow-up
* Take initiative and make decisions when acting on behalf of the Managing Director
* Prepare reports, agendas, presentations
* Proactive decision making

Experience:

1. Strong organisation, communication, planning and attention to detail skills
2. Real experience working with senior leaders or the board
3. Confident working with Microsoft Office 365 tools like Excel and PowerPoint
