The Role
The school is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to support the finance team in managing the school’s financial processes. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders
* Maintain accurate financial records and databases
* Assist with budget monitoring and reporting
* Reconcile accounts and support audits
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
* Support payroll administration where required
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a finance or administrative role
