The Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Construction & Engineering Solicitor to join my client’s dynamic team. The role can be shaped around the right candidate’s experience and ambitions, and there is flexibility around location, with a base in the Nottingham office. You will: Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters Advise clients on standard form contracts including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC Provide construction support to other teams, such as Commercial Property and Corporate Be involved in dispute resolution (TCC proceedings, adjudications, arbitration, mediation) Build and manage client relationships and help develop new business opportunities Attend networking events and contribute to the firm’s market presence Have the freedom to shape your role while being supported by a strong team infrastructure Contribute to thought leadership through briefings, articles, and seminars You Are you a solicitor who enjoys variety in your workload and values being part of a friendly, forward-thinking team?
