About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a selection expert to join the Supporter Selections Team at Alzheimer’s Society. You will help develop our supporter selections using insights from campaigns and post-campaign analysis, creating personalized supporter experiences to enhance communication and supporter journeys. Your role will involve exploring new delivery methods, improving processes, and optimizing systems.
As a Customer Selections Analyst, you will collaborate across Income & Engagement teams to ensure accurate, targeted selections support marketing and stewardship efforts. You will design and manage supporter journeys using PeopleStage, ensuring communications are timely and relevant. Your expertise will help us communicate effectively with supporters through the right channels at the right times.
You will act as a trusted expert and partner to colleagues, deepening our understanding of supporters through data, insights, and testing hypotheses. Your work will drive supporter satisfaction, loyalty, and growth across our audiences.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in query-based systems, campaign management tools, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive under pressure.
You will:
* Use Faststats to produce data selections for engagement campaigns.
* Support hypothesis testing and innovation.
* Foster curiosity and collaboration around data.
* Deepen understanding of supporters to drive loyalty and growth.

* Highlight process improvements with Apteco to refine selections.
* Ensure data quality and compliance with selection rules.
