What You’ll Be Doing Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Business and Management programmes. Act as a Programme Lecturer, supporting students through their academic journey. Develop and assess learning materials, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Monitor student progress, attendance, and achievement, using data to drive improvement. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance the student experience and support work placements. Essential Criteria A relevant degree in Business or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English. Strong subject knowledge in Business, Enterprise, Finance, and Management.
