Join our Field Sales Representatives team at Virgin Media O2
As a first point of contact for customers, you'll deliver exceptional service and introduce them to our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products and services. Sales experience isn’t essential—what matters is your drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and ability to connect with people.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work door-to-door, visiting potential customers at their homes and occasionally small businesses, to introduce them to Virgin Media O2. This face-to-face sales role involves approaching people who may not be expecting you, ideal for someone outgoing, proactive, and skilled at building connections. The role requires enjoying outdoor work, maintaining a positive attitude, hitting sales targets, and confidently handling rejection and weather challenges.
Training
In your first three weeks, you’ll attend training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-led learning and in-office sessions with your manager.
Working hours
* Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

The must haves
* A full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work shifts typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

* Top earners make £50,000-£70,000 with uncapped commission.
