Rapid Response Nurse – Complex Care (Days) Location: East & South Kent Full-Time Salary: £47,646 About the Role Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Rapid Response Nurse to join our Complex Care team. As a Rapid Response Day Nurse with the Superior Healthcare complex care team, you will provide personal, 1:1 bedside nursing care to clients in their own homes. Although the role is community-based, it remains a hands-on clinical nursing position, centred around building trust, offering consistency, and delivering high-quality care to each client. You’ll work with both adults and children living with a wide range of life-limiting conditions, including congenital conditions, degenerative illnesses, spinal injuries, brain injuries, and those requiring interventions such as ventilation, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy feeding, and bowel management. SHCCJM Responsibilities Advocate for clients' best interests. Deliver exceptional person-centred care. Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures. Support new members of the team on shift and guide them through the client’s care plan, regular tasks, and important information. Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client. Provide 2-2-1 support to a young adult or child. Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals. Requirements Right to work in the UK. Clean UK driving license. Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience. Experienced in providing support for client's with tracheostomy, ventilators and PEG.
