We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast‑paced Nurse Bank office as an Admin Assistant. This critical role focuses on supporting bank processes and systems, including data input and system management to ensure operational efficiency across the Trust.
Job responsibilities
* Managing Bank Office Systems – Overseeing system functionality, ensuring smooth operations, and addressing technical issues.
* Data Input & Management – Handling key data entries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with system requirements. This includes inputting and monitoring visas and professional registrations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
* Stakeholder Support – Liaising with HR, payroll, and department leads to ensure effective system use and implementation.
* Line Management – Overseeing and supporting junior administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintaining paper and electronic personal files.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent experience in a customer service environment.
* NVQ Business Studies or equivalent.
Experience
* Experience in a customer service environment.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and computer skills.
* NHS experience.
* Experience using ESR, HealthRoster.
