Salary:£50,050 per year (equivalent to £25 per hour)
Welcome Bonus:£1,500 (paid in two instalments of £750 at 3 and 6 months)
Hours:38.5 hours per week (50% clinical, 50% supernumerary)

About You
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering the highest standards of care and clinical practice. You’ll lead by example mentoring your team, coordinating shifts, and always championing dignity, choice, and resident well-being. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to create truly person-centred experiences.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
This is a hands-on role with a 50/50 split between clinical responsibilities and supernumerary time. You’ll be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN, strong clinical knowledge, and ideally at least two years’ experience in a similar leadership role preferably within a larger care home.
Most importantly, you’re a calm, confident leader who communicates clearly, supports your team with compassion, and truly believes in the power of high-quality care.
