Im working with a brilliant performance-led agency thats looking for a Paid Social Account Director to join their growing digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior client-facing role, leading paid social strategy across some exciting accounts in finance, QSR, and luxury.
The Role
As Paid Social Account Director, youll be responsible for the smooth delivery of paid social campaigns - from planning through to reporting - ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Youll act as the day-to-day lead for your clients, managing relationships, defining strategy, and supporting your team in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead client relationships, acting as the go-to contact for all things Paid Social
* Manage campaign planning, implementation, reporting, and invoicing
* Oversee and mentor two Account Executives, while working closely with PPC, SEO, and Data teams
* Run client status meetings and help shape paid social strategy, channel testing, and development
* Build strong partnerships with social platforms to stay ahead of industry changes
* Contribute to new business pitches when required
About You
Were looking for someone who has a proven track record in Paid Social and thrives in a client-facing role. Youll be confident in building relationships, passionate about digital, and experienced in leading teams.
Youll bring:
* 5+ years digital experience, with a strong background in Paid Social planning & activation
* Experience managing and developing a team
* Excellent client management skills and the ability to articulate social media strategy clearly
* Strong understanding of the role of Paid Social within the wider media mix
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
* A collaborative, enthusiastic mindset with a passion for delivering great work
