Overview
Client Services Account Manager at Barbour ABI, part of Infopro Digital. Permanent role with growth opportunities within a dynamic SME backed by a global group.
The challenge
This role is responsible for a defined set of client accounts, from onboarding new clients to managing a 360-degree client service schedule and seeking growth opportunities across Barbour ABI’s product portfolio. The objective is to secure renewals and expand services with the client.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide an unrivalled account management service to your allocated set of clients.
* Understand your clients and match their needs to the Barbour ABI product portfolio.
* Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals.
* Proactively seek growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
* Maintain regular client contact to ensure effective service delivery.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients on Teams to review accounts, achieve renewals and sell additional products.
* Ensure client requests, requirements and training needs are met in a timely, high-quality manner.
* Provide feedback from clients to help improve offerings.
* Accurately log client interactions on the CRM system.
* Understand and communicate regular product updates to clients.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar Client Services or Account Management role
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
* Driven to exceed sales targets and objectives
* Good objection handling
* Self-motivated and determined
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong planning, organisation and time management
* Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines

* Salary: £26,500 per annum
