Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Making and receiving customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Accurately entering customer orders into the system and verifying their details.
3. Booking deliveries and coordinating schedules with customers.
4. Completing general administrative tasks to support the team.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support, reporting faults to manufacturers, and managing the resolution process.
