The role
* You will assist Standard Life pension customers via telephone and our secure messaging platform.
* Helping customers make informed decisions about their pensions, which is one of the biggest financial decisions they will make, and being their first point of contact for pension and retirement queries.
* Build relationships across the business to support excellent customer experience.
What we’re looking for
* Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* A passion for customer service, with a commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
* Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
* No prior contact centre or financial services experience required, as full training will be provided.
