We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations Team in Park Royal, London. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment with significant equity and excellent benefits.
What you’ll do
* Lead all aspects of our inbound supply chain, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Manage stock planning and inventory control to maintain uninterrupted supply while optimising cash flow.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, delivering high standards expected from a Supply Chain Manager.
* Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to protect operations and customer experience.
* Oversee weekly ordering, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Drive key initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and performance of the supply chain.
Who you are
* Experienced at running day-to-day supply chain operations while delivering longer-term projects and process improvements.
* Detail-oriented with a natural ability to identify opportunities and maximise value.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
* Excellent communicator, capable of managing relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
