We are looking for a talented and aspiring Planner or Senior Planner to join our highly motivated and passionate Planning team in London. We lead on and add value to projects and for our clients across the Capital through our depth of experience across London, creative influence and collaborative approach.
About the role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Planner or Senior Planner based in our London office to work on some of the highest-profile projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We act for high profile clients, including respected property developers, institutional investors, multi-sector housebuilders and major land owners.
In this role you will:
* Support and work towards leading on a range of local projects and proactively assist with the delivery on more major projects.
* Have defined responsibility and client contact, from the start.
* Provide succinct and commercial advice to clients.
* Have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects across London.
* Develop your technical skills and grow your presence in our local markets.
* Be part of a dynamic, helpful and well-established Planning team.

About you
We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious and dedicated professionals with private sector/consultancy experience, and/or relevant public sector experience in planning and development, as well as experience in engaging with clients, consultants and other stakeholders. You will be experienced in leading on a range of local projects and proactively supporting delivery on more major projects. You will hold a relevant postgraduate Planning degree and be a chartered member of the RTPI.
