Job summary Job Summary The post holder has successfully completed the Advanced Critical Care Practitioner (ACCP) programme, achieving 120 Level 7 credits in line with the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FICM) curriculum. This ensures they have developed the required knowledge, skills, and competencies to meet the standards for FICM membership. The Advanced Critical Care Practitioner (ACCP) is a nationally recognised role that delivers expert clinical care to patients requiring Level 1 to Level 3 support. While primarily based within Critical Care, the role also involves providing specialist interventions for critically ill patients across the Trust. The post holder will contribute to the Critical Care medical rota and work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. They are expected to practise within the established ACCP framework, maintaining awareness of their professional scope and limitations at all times.
