We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager to lead and scale our digital growth initiatives across organic and paid channels. This is a 360‑degree role requiring strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, performance marketing (PPC), social media, analytics, and marketing technology. The ideal candidate is strategic, data‑oriented, and hands‑on, with a proven ability to improve visibility, traffic quality, conversions, and brand authority while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (360° Ownership)
* Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content, social media, email, and performance campaigns.
* Drive full‑funnel growth from awareness to conversion and retention.
* Work closely with content, design, development, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
* Manage marketing budgets, timelines, tools, and vendor relationships effectively.
SEO Strategy & Execution
* Own and execute complete SEO strategy including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content SEO, and off‑page initiatives.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, topic clustering, and search intent mapping.
* Optimize website architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
* Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and overall site experience.
* Lead backlink acquisition, digital PR, and authority‑building initiatives in line with search engine guidelines.
* Track and report key SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Marketing & PPC
* Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.
* Use data‑driven bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI and ROAS.
* Align paid campaigns with organic and content strategies for unified growth.
* Continuously test landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
Content Marketing & Optimization
* Lead content strategy focused on search visibility, user value, and conversions.
* Collaborate with writers and editors to produce high‑quality blogs, landing pages, case studies, and long‑form assets.
* Optimize content for search intent, topical authority, and user engagement.
* Ensure content supports brand positioning and business goals across channels.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
* Plan and execute organic and paid social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
* Focus on brand building, engagement, community growth, and social discovery.
* Analyze social performance metrics and optimize content formats, posting strategies, and campaigns.
* Collaborate with content and design teams to create platform‑specific, high‑impact assets.
Analytics, Automation & Optimization
* Own marketing analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
* Translate performance data into clear insights and growth opportunities.
* Implement automation and personalization where relevant to improve efficiency and user experience.
* Stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, privacy standards, and measurement frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Digital Marketing and/or SEO.
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
* Proficiency in tools such as:
o Google Analytics
o Google Search Console
o SEMrush / Ahrefs
o Screaming Frog
o Google Ads
* Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in IT services, SaaS, startups, or digital agencies.
* Exposure to marketing automation, data‑driven personalization, and optimization tools.
* Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and user journey mapping.
* Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO are a plus.
