We are looking to recruit an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineers to join our client's busy and growing organisation. This is a hands-on role where you will respond to machine breakdowns, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise machine uptime and production efficiency.
Deliver daily OEE targets through effective machine uptime and maintenance activity
Respond quickly and effectively to machine breakdowns and production issues
Carry out planned and predictive maintenance activities
Acknowledge maintenance requests and communicate progress to internal customers
Record machine history and maintenance activity accurately on the CMMS
Communicate priorities clearly between shifts and provide thorough shift handovers
Support and participate in continuous improvement projects
Undertake training as required to carry out job responsibilities
Previous experience in a planned maintenance environment
Strong electrical fault-finding capability
PLC knowledge
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Hands-on maintenance experience with a proactive approach
Ability to analyse, interpret, and report data effectively
Confident PC user with experience using CMMS systems
Engineering qualification (NVQ or BTEC)
Engineering qualification (NVQ or BTEC)
Experience in operating/maintaining workshop machinery such as lathes, milling machines & grinding machines
