Curriculum Area Manager - Accountancy & Business Support

We're looking for an experienced teacher who is....

* positive, supportive and passionate, with a can-do attitude
* approachable, enabling growth in individuals to be confident in making the right decisions
* experienced within the delivery of Accountancy or Business Support apprenticeships, bootcamps or qualifications
* experienced in leading a team
* able to lead by example both in actions and personal development
What you'll be doing...
* leading a team of teachers to deliver high quality education to our learners
* measuring the performance and effectiveness of the curriculum
* monitoring, tracking and ensuring the continued success and achievement rates of our learners
* delivering sessions within your subject of expertise
* supporting, training and mentoring teachers to achieve and maintain our high quality provision and approach
* leading staff through Internal and External Verification processes
