Senior Cost Consultant
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established medium-sized consultancy based in the heart of Soho.
With a growing team of circa 130 staff, the business has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and residential projects for a broad range of clients, from major developers through to emerging names within the market.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team within the business, working closely with senior leadership on a range of exciting projects across London and the South East.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior QS or Cost Consultant looking to accelerate their career within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
* Managing commercial fit-out and residential projects
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Taking ownership of project delivery and client management responsibilities
* Working closely with senior leadership on business growth and team development

Ideal Background
* Consultancy / PQS experience
* Strong pre and post contract experience
