The Opportunity:
This role is perfect for a qualified English teacher who is confident working with students with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex learning difficulties. You'll play a key role in helping pupils develop literacy skills while building confidence and engagement in learning.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons
* Adapt content to suit a range of learning styles and needs
* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
* Manage behaviour in a calm, positive manner
* Work closely with support staff and SEN specialists
What You'll Need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with English specialism preferred
* Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided)
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
* Experience working with SEN learners in the UK (desirable)
* Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
* Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
