Duties: · Updating and posting job descriptions for vacancies to meet client's requirements · Being the first point of contact for any recruitment queries or issues on the site · Maintaining applications · Screening and collating documents from candidates to maintain a smooth and responsive process · Coordinating all interviews with candidates, line managers and the senior management team · Building positive internal relationships to better understand and approach the needs of each team · Assisting HR team with onboarding, training and other projects to support the wider business · Supporting permanent and temporary employees, monitoring their attendance and performance · Full Administration (payroll, data input, preparing employment letters, references, personal data) The person: - The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills - You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first - A resilient, driven and flexible approach You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential - You will have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you ...
