The Role Working as part of a small team, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support to a large department. You will be committed to providing a high-quality service, maintaining a positive approach to your work and enjoy a challenge. This role involves working closely with internal and external colleagues to achieve and maintain high standards. Your main duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining two inboxes Placing orders for Homes & Wellbeing Dealing with a variety of enquiries regarding utility bills Coding invoices for authorisation Maintaining and applying for TV licences, Health & Safety returns, Housing Benefit letters, and more What we are looking for Our ideal candidate has experience in an administrative role, strong IT skills, and a good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
