They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the management and support of key healthcare projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources for healthcare initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, including the Head of IT.
* Organise meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and risk logs.
* Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience within the NHS or health services.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and the NHS environment.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Desirable
* Experience in healthcare project management or digital health projects.
* Familiarity with Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies.
