The RoleAt Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES), we are looking for a Financial Accountant to work in our Finance team, helping to deliver accurate reporting, strong financial control and trusted business support.This Financial Accountant role will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team. The team is highly personable and acts as a go-to function for both finance and non-finance colleagues across the business. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations while helping and supporting senior leadership team.Weber is part of Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES), bringing together Weber and Kilwaughter under one unified exterior solutions business. As part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, we are a leader in light and sustainable construction, focused on innovative façade and building envelope solutions that support our purpose of "Making the World a Better Home."This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the Flitwick office.What we're looking for:A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial accounting experienceExperience working with ERP systems (SAP essential - SAP 7.7 or S/4HANA advantageous)Strong balance sheet control and month-end reporting experienceConfident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting non-finance teamsA proactive, resilient individual who enjoys improving processes and working in a lean team environmentWhat you will be doing:Supporting monthly reporting to UK and Paris, ensuring compliance with Group deadlinesOwning and reconciling key balance sheet areas including inventory, fixed assets and IFRS adjustmentsPreparing journals and working closely with Shared Service Centre teams (AP, AR, Treasury, GL)Running the Weber ledger and supporting financial controls across the businessPartnering with colleagues across Flitwick and Kilwaughter (Larne) to ensure aligned reporting and continuous improvementAre Weber and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?Saint-Gobain is a worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction, following our purpose of 'Making the World a Better Home'.
