What You Will Do

* Grow the Pall Medical portfolio in the assigned territory, with a focus on expanding sales and achieving annual targets.
* Grow the water business across large Hospitals, Health Inspectors, Hospital Groups and Non-Hospital customers.
* Support the Medical business through the application of technical skills in the water, drug delivery and breathing filter portfolios.
* Manage annual price increases, maintain trackers, and ensure price rises are managed within SFDC and signed off per the delegation of authority.
* Create an annual forecast (sales and orders) and monitor progress; complete monthly product forecasting.
* Maintain the CRM as an accurate reflection of accounts, contacts, activities and opportunities.


Who You Are

* Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths or equivalent.
* Proven ability to develop new business and achieve superior performance.
* Builds mutually beneficial relationships and strategies with customers.
* Able to understand a customer’s business and priorities and translate these into business opportunities.
* Experienced in key account management, building relationships vertically and horizontally across customer organization.
* Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar roles.
* Sales and Marketing Strategy development and Action Planning.


Travel, Vehicle & Environment

* Ability to travel – 4 days a week, with some overnight stays.
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
