Join the Close Brothers Finance Team where you will take responsibility for advising the business and finance teams, as well as taking ownership for the project management of tax projects and deliverables. Working as part of the Finance team this individual will assist with tax compliance matters in order to prevent and reduce all risks relating to tax.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the Corporation Tax calculations for UK, Channel Islands, and Irish entities.
2. Manage all associated projects e.g. Research and development and capital allowances.
3. Ensure that tax computations and returns are filed with the relevant tax authorities, in the correct format and on a timely basis e.g. Corporation tax and PSA returns.
4. Assist the Tax finance director and tax accountants in ensuring that tax payments are made accurately and on time to the relevant tax authorities.
