Administrator- Executive Office Support London: The Harley Street Clinic (Campus) Full time: 37.5 hours per week (5 days Onsite) Permanent Salary: Competitive A range of flexible benefits We are looking for an energetic and organised Office Administrator to join our Executive support team at the Harley Street Clinic and Princess Grace Hospital. This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who is eager to build experience towards potentially a senior administrative role such as Personal Assistant role. You will be working alongside a supportive and friendly team of assistants, led by our PA Team Lead. As part of the CEO’s office, you’ll be a key representative of the leadership team, ensuring colleagues experience a consistent, professional, and welcoming service across the campus. What you’ll be doing No two days will look the same. Your responsibilities will include: Executive support : Assisting the PA team with diary coordination, preparing documents, and providing occasional cover for holidays or sickness. Campus coordination : Delivering materials and information across our sites, ensuring everything is where it needs to be on time. Event support: Helping the Colleague Experience Lead deliver campus events and initiatives, from setting up spaces and distributing materials to welcoming colleagues and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication : Drafting clear updates, chasing actions, and being a friendly point of contact for colleagues. General administration: Managing trackers, filing, printing, and other essential tasks that keep the office running efficiently. What we’re looking for A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to be “out and about” across our 6 sites (all within walking distance) Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing attention to detail Confidence in working with a wide range of colleagues, from senior leaders to frontline teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and a willingness to learn new systems Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information A sense of pride in representing the CEO’s office and the wider leadership team You’ll be at the heart of a leading private healthcare campus, working closely with colleagues across multiple hospitals.
