Customer Service Co‑ordinator
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Tiverton, Exeter, EX16
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm / 9am–5pm (alternating weekly)
Hybrid working available upon completion of full training
Are you an organised, calm and customer‑focused individual who enjoys helping people and working collaboratively? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Co‑ordinator to join a busy and friendly team in Tiverton, Exeter
About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their enquiries, quotes and orders are handled promptly, accurately and professionally. You’ll work closely with internal departments to resolve more complex queries and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat (this is not a call centre environment)
Prepare quotes and process customer orders
Manage requests for returns and after‑sales support
Build positive working relationships across internal teams, including technical, purchasing and planning
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all administration tasks
What We’re Looking For
Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
Confidence communicating with customers and a professional telephone manner
Calm, composed approach when under pressure
Enthusiastic attitude with the ability to learn new systems
Previous experience in a busy customer service environment is beneficial but not essential
Training & Development
Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude—enthusiasm, kindness and a customer‑first approach are more important than direct experience.
