Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Urban Design team in our Leeds office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and a strong start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Note: due to changes in Government legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for graduate level, therefore we cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a student or graduate visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their careers requiring work sponsorship.
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential, as you will learn on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team in delivering wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You will support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
You will have opportunities to view our recent Urban Design project work and to learn from some of the country’s leading experts in the field as part of the Graduate Training Scheme.
