Building strong relationships with young people, empowering them to become active contributors through volunteering and peer mentoring. Managing and supporting a team of youth engagement workers. Driving attendance through creative marketing – from social media to school visits. Acting as safeguarding lead for the clubs you manage. Working with partners to expand provision and uphold youth work standards.
