Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in the community? We are looking for a Customer Support & Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2026. In this full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), you'll be at the heart of supporting customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include: ? Processing referrals and responding to enquiries via email and phone ? Supporting customers attending duty appointments at our Pembroke office ? Liaising with referral partners and ensuring smooth communication ? Helping to gather data and monitor system checks for KPI reporting
