They are a team of experienced recruiters and they have tremendous growth plans for the coming year across multiple sectors and are just about to move into modern offices in Norwich. They wish to appoint a focused Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates into temporary roles across the region. You can be from any sector background and will be able to develop business in your preferred area. Responsibilities will include developing the database of clients, selling the services of the agency to local and national businesses and achieving both activity and financial targets set. You will be working on PSL and ad-hoc business. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. You will be a people person who gets great results from building long-term relationships with candidates and client contacts. Planning, self-management, tenacity, and ambition are desirable qualities if you are applying for this role. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own promotional targets. Previous experience in a recruitment environment is essential. Industrial sector recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
