About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective repair services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality repair and maintenance services
* Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
* Completing all administrative duties accurately and on time
* Undertaking relevant technical and product training
* Maintaining company property to a high standard
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a similar engineering role
* HND (or HNC with relevant experience) or equivalent in electronic and mechanical engineering
* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
* Exceptional fault-finding skills
* Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
* Strong customer focus and a drive to exceed expectations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility and willingness to travel – support across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland may be required
* Good working knowledge of MS Windows and general MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
