As they prepare for significant growth — up to 50% expansion over the next 12–18 months — they’re seeking an inspiring Director of Operations & Culture to shape and lead the people, culture, and communications strategy. The Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll: Lead HR and people operations — recruitment, onboarding and engagement. Develop and deliver a people and culture strategy that connects a remote-working team. Oversee marketing, brand and communications, ensuring alignment across all channels. Champion the company’s values and ensure culture scales with growth. This is a pivotal leadership role — ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building great places to work. About You: Background in HR, employee engagement, marketing, and communications. Experience in a scaling SME, ideally with remote or hybrid teams. Energetic, creative, and people-focused.
