Job Description
Our Business Services Team is seeking a Business Services Manager. This role will be instrumental in providing high-quality business advice and accounting services to clients, while assisting them to develop their respective portfolios. Leading the team, you will facilitate on-the-job training for team members to build their knowledge of different client types whilst supporting them to gain exposure to all aspects of the business services service line.
You will ensure that your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews and setting clear objectives while maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
