This role will focus on managing customer notifications, documentation, digital portal support and stakeholder communications, ensuring customer-facing information is accurate, timely and aligned with internal standards.

The Requirements:
* Experience managing customer communications, documentation or notifications
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear customer-facing content
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Experience training or supporting internal teams desirable
* Understanding of data protection and customer data management desirable
* Looking for a candidate with a background in Bio-Chemistry

The Role:
* Manage the end-to-end customer notification lifecycle
* Track, write, publish and update customer notifications
* Maintain documentation architecture and ensure records are accurate
* Support customer notification plans aligned to wider business objectives
* Monitor notification volumes and reporting to provide oversight for stakeholders
* Act as subject matter expert for customer documentation and notification processes
* Support and train commercial and technical teams on sourcing notification data
* Provide customer support and guidance for digital portal services
* Troubleshoot eService issues and raise tickets where required
* Maintain customer contact data in line with company and data protection standards
