Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds for an HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with leadership and staff to align people strategy with organizational goals. Key tasks include providing strategic HR advice, supporting recruitment efforts, leading employee engagement initiatives, managing employee relations, and contributing to policy development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement within HR processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and organizational development
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
* Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, tact, and professionalism
* Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as strong organizational skills
* Experience in developing and implementing human resources programs
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
