About the Role:
* Our Restaurant Manager's understand that fast-food can be challenging and rewarding all at once.
* They are accountable for all restaurant standards and for building the desired team culture.
* It's an absolute privilege to manage a team, many who are in their first jobs. You will quickly figure out how to focus on what's important and communicate to your Shift Manager clearly and positively.

* You will also be paid for hours if you work over your normal 40 hours working week.
What we offer you:
* Permanent employment.
* Guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week to be worked over any 5 days of the week, Monday to Sunday. Hours and days of work will depending on the rostered shifts you are assigned.
* Additional hours, if agreed, are also paid (hours over 80 per fortnight).
* Salary: $66-70K gross per annum, depending on skills and experience.
* In addition to a base salary, will be rewarded a monthly incentive based on the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years management experience in a high volume QSR or Hospitality environment, organising teams and controlling a store operation.
* Management of a team of 10-15 staff is preferred.
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
* Strong understanding of operational systems, health and safety and ER best practice.
* Great with connecting with people and customer service.
* Effective management style with proven experience on staff training, development and motivation.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a positive culture and working environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Ability to motivate and lead the team towards success.
* Exceptional presentation, time management and attention to detail.
* Tech Savvy skills to enable you to navigate restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
* Unpacking stock deliveries and inventory (involves heavy lifting).
