Purpose of the Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager role:
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for running a diverse client portfolio, providing them with accounting, tax, and business advice.
Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Responsibilities:
* Support and train junior members of the team
* Oversee and review management accounts
* General accountancy duties for a range of clients from varied industries
* Providing tax advice and completing tax returns
* Taking Accounts up to the trial balance
* Providing business advice
* Ensure queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
* Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all clients
* Actively work as part of the Company team
The Perfect Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Will Have the Following Requirements:
* Talented, enthusiastic accountant, able to work with a variety of clients of different sizes from different industries
* Experience of working in an accountancy role is essential
* Experience supporting and mentoring a team
Qualifications Required for the Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager:
* ACA/ACCA qualification or experience gained from working in a similar position
The Perfect Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Will Have the Following Competencies and Skills:
* Able to build strong client relationships
* Able to support a junior team
