What You'll Be Doing Be the friendly voice and quick-thinking brain behind all guest enquiries – phone and online. Manage restaurant and bedroom bookings across our pubs and inns using our reservation platforms. Cross-sell experiences and recommend the perfect spot – whether it's a cosy corner or a romantic stay. Work hand-in-hand with our pub managers to deliver seamless guest journeys. Make every guest feel like a VIP – before they even walk through the door. You're organised, proactive, and take pride in the little details that make a big difference. What makes you tick: Experience in hospitality or a reservations-based role Excellent communication skills (you’re a natural on the phone!)
