o Senior Sous Chef to oversee a fast paced kitchen operation.
o A fresh food busy banqueting operation.
o Working for a proven Banqueting Head Chef.
o Multi outlet property.
The Requirements
o A strong individual with a high volume background within fresh food operations.
o Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level within fast paced, BIG volume, fresh food operations.
o Passionate leader, keen to train and develop a curious & hungry to learn brigade.
o A self-starter with a strong team ethic.
o Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career.
