The successful candidate will have an established portfolio of large mid-market Corporate clients to handle, with opportunities to nurture and grow those relationships, and to support our wider team in securing new clients. Applicants should have client management experience, handling a portfolio of large mid-market clients. The Client Manager acts as the key contact, delivering Aon’s capabilities to meet client needs and evolving risks. Responsibilities include driving, coordinating, and managing service delivery to clients, utilizing designated service teams and specialists.

What the day will look like
This role within our Humber Advisory office provides risk solutions to various UK sectors. The Client will seek a relationship with their broker for a tailored approach. Clients typically require bespoke insurance programs, risk management, and transfer services. The client manager, with team support, also provides claims and risk advice.
Lead service delivery, ensuring high standards aligned with client service tools. Identify and promote Aon’s products to meet client needs. Build relationships with decision-makers, grow the client portfolio, and meet revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with Aon UK policies and participate in risk management practices.

* ACII or equivalent.
* Proven experience in insurance, client relationship management, and commercial risks.
* Experience managing large portfolios is desirable.

* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to service excellence.
