Purpose of the Job To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on site. Be responsible appointed person for the Gas on the NEC group Contract. Key Responsibilities Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract Ensure all gas certification is up to date Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.
