About the Job

Want to build your career alongside some of the world's most beloved brands? We're searching for ambitious, proactive individuals ready to take ownership of the entire marketing mix (we're talking 4Ps!).

At General Mills, you'll develop and execute outstanding marketing strategies that fuel our growth. This is a dynamic role requiring strong brand management and commercial skills, significant thought leadership, sharp decision-making, and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.

What your role is:

1. Brand Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of brand marketing plans, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions. This includes a strong understanding of how to process data and a willingness to learn systems and processes to unlock consumer, category, and brand insights.
2. Innovation & Pack Delivery: Execute pack delivery in market, demonstrating a strong commercial understanding of the impact of choices on the P&L.
3. Measurement: Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives post-activation, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with peers in the Brand Development team and cross-functional partners to execute plans and achieve shared objectives.
5. Project Management: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to complete tasks on time and within budget.

What you will bring to the team:

A passion for our brands and a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish. You’ll ideally have some hands-on marketing experience — whether as a Brand/Marketing Assistant, Assistant Brand Manager, or through a graduate scheme — with a solid grounding in core marketing principles.

Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is a plus, along with strong project management skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments. You’re naturally curious, eager to learn, and proactive in spotting opportunities and driving things forward.
