Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:
* Experience in a 3rd Line IT Engineer role
* Strong communication skills
* Valid driving license
* Experience with Cloud environments such as Microsoft Cloud and Azure
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
* Familiarity with Active Directory
* Microsoft Office 365 support and administration experience
* Knowledge of SharePoint
* Experience with Intune
* Understanding of laptop imaging and device build processes
* Experience with Backup Software and maintenance procedures
Responsibilities:
* Act as an effective point of contact for Internal IT, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
* Support the Henley office one day a week as required
* Liaise with senior IT team members to address recurring problems or concerns
* Contribute to the development and implementation of IT plans
* Identify areas for improvement in IT services and suggest enhancements
* Collaborate on various IT projects to support business growth
