Permanent - Central London location, 4 days in office - Salary negotiable DOE
We are partnering with a premier, high-growth multi-strat hedge fund (£10bn+ AUM) to find a specialist to spearhead a business-critical, greenfield initiative: the end-to-end design and delivery of a global cashflow platform.
You will own the roadmap for a system that does not yet exist. While you will be supported by dedicated developer and architect teams, you are the SME responsible for the business logic and project direction. Serving as the strategic link between Treasury, Operations, Front Office, Finance & Tech, you will be tasked with identifying the pain points and building out a functional roadmap for the project.
* Strategic Design: Evaluate vendors and delivery models (In-house vs. External) to determine the best path forward.
* Stakeholder Leadership: Navigate a global stakeholder base, translating complex cashflow pain points from Treasury and the Front Office into a functional roadmap.
* Requirements Ownership: Define cashflow models, forecasting logic, and data inputs from day one.
* Project Delivery: Lead the project through its entire lifecycle—from initial scoping and vendor selection to UAT and global rollout.
Who we are looking for:
* Domain Expertise: Strong SME-level knowledge of Treasury ecosystems, cash management, or liquidity forecasting.
* Delivery Focused: You have taken ownership of meaningful components of finance transformation projects - ideally related to TMS/cash management implementations.
* Communication: Exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
* Adaptability: Experience in fast-paced financial services environments where you can operate with autonomy and "tie everything together."
