About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Developer Services team as a Network Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service, communication and administrative support to our customers, ensuring the smooth processing of applications for new water service connections and mains for housing and industrial developments. What Youll be Doing: Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email on all aspects of developer services Owning the relationship with specific developers to maintain relationships and service delivery Providing advice to customers about new applications for water service connections and processing applications for new mains onto development sites. Generating quotation estimates within the regulated service level agreements Coordinating, collaborating and communicating with internal service providers and contracted service providers to deliver the work required for the new connections and mains. Updating detailed company systems to maintain records of customer interaction and updates of work in progress. Working with the Customer Relations team to ensure that the customer complaints are resolved promptly and at the first point of contact What We Are Looking For: You will be an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record of success in dealing with customers over the phone.
