MKJ Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with a leading food & beverage brand who are on the lookout for a proactive and personable Operations Executive to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is a recent graduate or someone who has previous experience as an Ops exec.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of operations, customer service, and office coordination.
What will you be doing?
✨ Supporting the operations team with customer order processing via DEAR Systems
✨ Managing Direct-to-Customer orders from the website and Amazon
✨ Handling customer and supplier queries via phone and email
✨ Assisting the sales team with samples and point-of-sale requests
✨ Welcoming guests and keeping the office running smoothly
✨ Managing office supplies
